Our chiropractic clinic participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers’ compensation cases that result in back pain, headaches or other symptoms which can be addressed with chiropractic care. For patients who have little or no insurance coverage for chiropractic care, flexible payment programs can be arranged.

DOT Medical Exams & Drug/Alcohol Screenings
Back to Health Chiropractic & Wellness offers Minnesota and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals, Federal DOT Physicals, Drug Testing and Alcohol Screens. We also perform Drug Testing Collections for company pre-employment screens.
We have been providing these services for 15 years and for more than 50 local and national businesses. We believe you will find our fees competitive. Additionally our office has easy access and parking, including for large vehicles.
You can get an appointment the same day or within a day. These tests can be performed within ten to fifteen minutes for a drug or alcohol test and thirty to forty minutes for a physical. Because we provide services for many employers we keep physical examination, alcohol and chain of custody forms at our office.
