Chiropractic Care

Each year more than 15 million North Americans choose chiropractic for safe, natural and effective relief from back pain, neck pain, headaches, extremity pain, poor overall health, low energy levels and much more.

DOT Medical Exams

Back to Health Chiropractic & Wellness offers Minnesota and Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT) Physicals, Federal DOT Physicals, Drug Testing and Alcohol Screens.

Spinal Adjustments

The adjustment is a safe, natural, noninvasive procedure used by the chiropractor to restore and improve health.

Have you been seeing people wearing multi-colored tape around their knees, ankles, elbows, shoulders, necks, and lower backs? If so, are you wondering what the advantage of this (fairly) new taping method is?

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is an advanced level of physical therapy training that includes skilled, specific hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat soft tissues and joint structures.

This technique consists of placing glass or silicon jars, or cups, over an area of skin. The jars are then either heated or used in a suction manner to create a vacuum, drawing up the skin and opening the pores.

Chiropractic spinal decompression treatments accomplish the same results as targeted spinal traction in less time with fewer treatments.

Cold Laser Therapy

Cold Laser therapy offers a non-intrusive and non-painful treatment option to medications and surgery. It also provides a non-addicting treatment that eliminates the complications of long-term drug treatment programs.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique physical therapists use (where allowed by state law) to treat myofascial pain. The technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle, known as trigger points.
